Join the Navigate Wellness team as they dive into different Mental Health Topics biweekly, Mondays at 6:30pm.
Are you curious about mental health, or looking for support and skills in a safe, welcoming space? Join us for "What Is Mental Health?"—a free, in-person counseling group series led by two mental health professionals. What Is Mental Health is designed to provide education, practical tools, and a space to connect with others on the journey toward well-being.
Each weekly session explores a different mental health topic and offers:
• Education on a mental health topic
• Group discussion and opportunities to share in a nonjudgmental environment
• Skills and strategies to support your mental health
Whether you're new to mental health conversations or looking to deepen your understanding, this group is a supportive place to learn, grow, and connect.
When: Monday nights at 6:30 PM (first and third Monday of the month)

What Is Depression? (And How Can I Manage It?)

If you've ever asked yourself these questions—or know someone who has—join us for the first session of What Is Mental Health?, a free weekly group that explores real-life experiences and tools for emotional wellbeing.
This week's topic is Depression, and together we’ll break it down in a way that’s personal, practical, and empowering.
What you can expect:
•A clear look at what depression is and how it shows up in both the mind and body
•A breakdown of symptoms, from emotional and cognitive changes to physical issues such as fatigue, sleep issues, and physical burnout

•A series of interactive activities to explore your experience of depression, and learn strategies and skills to manage its effects
