Cameron Corless, MS, LPC-IT

Licensed Professional Counselor-In Training

As a therapist, my goal is to walk alongside you in discovering the path that works best for you. Whether you’re exploring long-standing patterns that have shaped your life or looking for practical tools to manage daily stress, I’m here to help you uncover, understand, and move through what’s holding you back.

I work with individuals ages 16 and up, and specialize in supporting clients navigating mood disorders, anxiety, life transitions, substance use concerns, and questions around meaning and purpose.

My approach blends insight-oriented therapy — drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and psychoanalytic traditions — with solution-focused and skill-building interventions based in CBT, DBT, and neurocounseling. This integrated framework allows me to tailor sessions to your needs, whether you’re seeking deeper understanding or focused, actionable strategies.

Clients often describe me as compassionate, curious, non-judgmental, and empathetic. I also believe in bringing humor into the room — because while therapy can be challenging, it doesn’t need to be heavier than it has to be.

If you’re ready to start making changes or looking for a place to start, let’s talk. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to help you decide if working together makes sense for you.
