Yoga Movement and Processing with a Therapist
Recommended for those that would like to process thoughts, sensations, and feelings that arise during the yoga practice with a licensed therapist.
Weekly Yoga Class (Coming Spring 2022)
Thursdays at 11am
Recommended for all levels of practice including beginners. Sequence of physical postures designed to relax, unwind, restore the body, and calm the mind. Class combines slower paced movements, meditation, gentle transitions, and deep breathing practices.
