Private Yoga Session

  • $90

  • 60 minutes

  • Recommended for students who have specific needs that require individualized attention or for those who simply want to treat themselves.

  • Includes complimentary 15-minute consultation to identify goals, injuries, and limitations. 

Private Group Yoga Session

  • Please contact for pricing

  • Recommended for groups celebrating a special occasion.

Yoga Movement and Processing with a Therapist

  • $150

  • 90 minutes 

  • Recommended for those that would like to process thoughts, sensations, and feelings that arise during the yoga practice with a licensed therapist. 

Weekly Yoga Class (Coming Spring 2022)

  • $20/class

  • 60 minutes

  • Thursdays at 11am

  • Recommended for all levels of practice including beginners. Sequence of physical postures designed to relax, unwind, restore the body, and calm the mind. Class combines slower paced movements, meditation, gentle transitions, and deep breathing practices.
