Olivia DeBoer, BA

Graduate Intern (University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee)

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when life feels heavy or unclear. As a graduate student in training, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, safe, and supported. I’m here to walk with you as you navigate life’s challenges, uncover what’s beneath the surface, and move toward healing with greater clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. I take a holistic lens and look not just at symptoms or surface struggles, but at the whole story. In our work together, I’ll help you build insight and offer practical tools. Whether that’s learning how to manage anxiety, regulate emotions, set healthy boundaries, or develop coping skills to get through tough moments. Therapy should be both meaningful and useful, and my hope is to offer both. We’ll explore the beginning of your story and gently unpack the layers of your current experiences, patterns, and pain to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, transitions, trauma, or just feeling stuck. I offer a safe, supportive space where healing and growth are possible.

I believe therapy should feel like a conversation. A space where you can exhale, explore, and be fully human without pressure to have it all figured out. I’ll bring clinical insight and care, but also realness, warmth, and the deep belief that healing is possible for you.

It would be a privilege to come alongside you on your healing journey because you deserve a space where you don’t have to have it all together.
