Whether you've been with us from the beginning or are visiting for the first time, come and enjoy light food and refreshments, meaningful activities, and opportunities to connect with our team and others in the community.

3Reflections... What changed after this moment? What did you learn? How did it shape who you are today?

4The pieces will be on display for the community to appreciate. You have the choice of whether you wish to sign with your first name, a pseudonym, or simply leave it anonymous.

5Return to either Navigate Wellness location by September 1st to have your piece included in a special installment honoring our clients & their stories.
