Megan Shupe, BA
Graduate Intern (Mount Mary University)
I’m currently in my final year of graduate studies at Mount Mary University, working toward my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
I strive to create an affirming space where you can feel free to fully explore your inner world (even the messy parts!) and how it shapes the way you move through your life and relationships. My approach is integrative, drawing from various theories and modalities to create a therapy experience that feels safe yet challenging. Growth can be ugly and uncomfortable – I’m here to walk with you through the thick of it.
Here at Navigate Wellness, I work primarily with adults and couples. Some areas of interest for my practice include the unique needs of first responders and healthcare workers, intimacy/relationship issues (including ENM relationships), LGBTQ+ issues, and the often-unspoken complexities of life transitions (new baby, retirement, aging, etc.). I believe my clients are my greatest teachers, and I feel grateful for every opportunity to be part of another person’s journey.
Finding the right therapist can be daunting, so please feel free to schedule a 15-minute consultation to see if we might be a good fit!
