I specialize in working with women to overcome anxiety, build confidence, set boundaries, understand themselves on a deeper level, and finally quiet the constant overthinking—so you can feel like your best self.

I use an individualized approach that helps you uncover the thoughts, patterns, and beliefs that are holding you back—while also learning practical coping skills to support real-life change. Alongside evidence-based talk therapy, I often incorporate mindfulness and mind-body connection work for a more holistic healing experience.

I also offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy, a powerful approach that helps you process past experiences—especially those that may be fueling present-day anxiety, low self-worth, or burnout. EMDR can be especially helpful for  those who carry unresolved trauma, childhood wounds, or those who have struggled to make progress in talk therapy. 

I show up authentically in our sessions, so you can feel empowered to do the same. I’ll be your biggest cheerleader—and also gently challenge you when needed. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you can feel safe exploring both the hard stuff and the growth that comes with it.
